The painting technique is very simple and very quick and once again, I must thank Tim Gow for the tip.

Good luck with the great ship 'pickle'!

All the best,

DCDavid Crookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02497436789811496047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4472889370304077924.post-6488670672140181432013-04-04T11:00:16.180+01:002013-04-04T11:00:16.180+01:00Hi DC,

Very easy to do and effective as well.

Many thanks,

GeorgeGeorge Martinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12350967736104624215noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4472889370304077924.post-82102722114351784232013-04-04T07:59:32.017+01:002013-04-04T07:59:32.017+01:00Hi George,

The shipyards of both Fezia and Rusland are veritable hives of activity with ships being completed as fast as possible. The day of reckoning will not be long delayed methinks....;-)

I have a couple of very minor tweaks to add in the rules and they are then about as ready as they will ever be.

All the best,

DCDavid Crookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02497436789811496047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4472889370304077924.post-72354752125512764432013-04-04T01:33:32.824+01:002013-04-04T01:33:32.824+01:00Hi DC,

I was really happy with the way the rules worked and think I have just about hit the sweet spot with my version. The only thing I am changing is to revert to your system of having turns costing a movement point - at present I allow the first turn to be free and I now believe it makes ships too manoueverable. Historically the Blucher (aka Abdul Aziz) could lose as much as 55% of her speed in a tight turn.

It was great fun and both Fezia and Rusland are busily readying their battleships....

All the best,

DCDavid Crookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02497436789811496047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4472889370304077924.post-77851891038019680102013-04-03T18:02:50.024+01:002013-04-03T18:02:50.024+01:00Nice looking game Dave!Nice looking game Dave!Ray Rousellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07352596392520905197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4472889370304077924.post-86626484725719035722013-04-03T17:34:43.928+01:002013-04-03T17:34:43.928+01:00David,
